University Community Engagement and Advocacy Council (UCEAC)
The University Community Engagement and Advocacy Council (UCEAC) at Ateneo de Davao University is dedicated to promoting service, justice, and community involvement. Through strategic initiatives and partnerships, UCEAC strives to empower communities and foster a culture of solidarity and social responsibility. Our programs are designed to address pressing societal issues, support marginalized groups, and create sustainable solutions for a better future.
With a focus on holistic development, UCEAC engages students, faculty, and community members in meaningful activities that reflect the Atenean values of compassion and integrity. Our commitment to advocacy and service is unwavering, as we work tirelessly to build a more just and equitable society.

Second Wave of Hope for Davao Oriental

The University Community Engagement and Advocacy Council (UCEAC) proudly announces the arrival of the second wave of donations for Davao Oriental. This initiative, supported by the Arrupe Office of Social Formation and generous donors, aims to provide much-needed relief to affected communities. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the IP Scholars for their dedication in organizing the donations, exemplifying the Atenean spirit of service and solidarity.

Blue and white ribbons, symbols of the AdDU Blue Movement and White Ribbon Movement of the CBCP, now hang at the university gates — silent yet powerful reminders of the values we hold dear. At Ateneo de Davao University, these colors go beyond tradition; they symbolize our enduring stand for truth, integrity, and accountability — the pillars of a faith that does justice and service for the common good.

Extending a Helping Hand 🤝
October 2025
The Ateneo de Davao University, through the Center of Psychological Extension and Research Services (COPERS) and an 11-man volunteer team from the Physical Plant Office (PPO), Security Team, and UCEAC, went to Tarragona and Mati, Davao Oriental last October 16–17 to deliver both Psychological First Aid and relief goods a week after the earthquake that affected the province.
